Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead daily operational activities across multiple functions including warehouse, delivery, and logistics. The role emphasizes implementing performance, quality, and safety metrics and driving efficiency through process improvements.

You will support budgeting and KPI analysis while maintaining compliance with company standards. The position requires significant leadership experience, a strong operations background, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with substantial leadership experience.
• Experience leading operations across multiple functions is preferred.
• Ability to implement safety, quality and efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities in a rotating Field Operations Manager role.
• Collaborate across Warehouse, Delivery, Transportation, 3rd party distributors, Merchandisers, storage facilities, and Inventory.
• Support initiatives to hit performance, quality, and safety metrics.
• Proactively improve processes to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in establishing daily/weekly KBIs and budgets.
• Adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements; promote company values.
• Travel up to 50%.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

• The Field Operations Manager is a rotational position that manages and oversees daily operational activities
• May work in various functions including, but not limited to: Warehouse, Delivery, Transportation, 3rd party distributors, Merchandisers, off-site storage facilities, Inventory, etc.
• Support and implement company initiatives to achieve performance, quality, and safety metrics
• Proactively improve process functioning and strive for enhanced levels of efficiency
• Assist in the establishment, analysis of daily/weekly KBI’s and submission of annual departmental budgets
• Adhere to the company’s standards and policies in addition to all regulatory requirements and promote and model a culture that reflects the company’s values and competencies
• Travel up to 50%
• Other duties as assigned

RequiredEducation and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 to 11 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience
