Job summary

Reyes Holdings in Kailua, Hawaii seeks an Operations Supervisor to manage daily delivery operations, plan manpower, and assign drivers and vehicles to move freight efficiently. You will coordinate drivers per customer requests, ensure DOT compliance, and maintain accurate assignments in the system.

The role focuses on meeting quality and productivity targets in the warehouse, aligning with customer schedules, and coaching the warehouse team to execute procedures effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with 2–4 years of related experience and 0–1+ years in leadership, or a High School Diploma with 5–7+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years leadership.

Responsibilities

• The Operations Supervisor manages daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling manpower and assigning drivers and vehicles to convey freight.
• You will coordinate drivers according to customer requests and determine driver needs, notifying them of assignments and entering them into the database in compliance with DOT regulations.
• This role ensures quality and productivity standards are met in the warehouse, aligning with customer schedules and maximizing efficiency.
• Additionally, you will coach and supervise the warehouse team to ensure proper execution of work procedures.

Position Responsibilities:

• Additionally, you'll coaches and supervises the warehouse team ensuring completion and proper execution of work procedures

• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
