Job summary

Swipejobs on-site in Des Plaines and Chicago, IL, seeks a bilingual Staffing Recruitment Manager to lead candidate sourcing for food manufacturing operations. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with travel between Des Plaines and O’Hare area. Base pay around $60k with comprehensive benefits.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

• MUST be flexible with hours working during initial start up- will work 40 hours weekly
• MUST be comfortable with traveling

Pay: $60k/year + benefits plans offered: 401K, medical/dental/vision/disability/life/accidental insurance, PTO)

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
