Job summary

Two Men and a Truck International Inc. in Canton, OH is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily dispatch, staffing, fleet maintenance, and safety with a focus on growth. You will supervise move teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure professional operations at a busy franchise location.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of business, management, or other relevant experience required; TWO MEN AND A TRUCK experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred.
• Ability to lead by example, motivate, take initiative, develop, and direct people; be accountable.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and random drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and dispatch move teams daily; coordinate employee scheduling and truck assignments.
• Determine staffing requirements; interview, hire, and onboard new employees and train them.
• Coordinate and direct fleet maintenance and equipment inventory; ensure trucks are clean, safe, and professional.
• Promote safety and uphold procedures; ensure compliance with DOT and FMCSA guidelines.
• Responsible for employee development, accountability, and corrective action programs.
• Be an on-call emergency contact outside normal business hours.
