Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to relocate upon promotion within 1-3 years of employment.
• Relocation assistance is provided as most managers are promoted out-of-state.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a planned promotion and relocation path to a manager role.
• Serve customers and determine equipment needs for trailers.
• Inspect trailers for damage or issues and manage equipment inventory.
• Assist with credit and collections and verify customer insurance coverage.
• Coordinate repairs with vendors and lease trailer mechanics.
• Participate in training to prepare for an Operations Manager role.
