Job summary
POOLCORP is seeking motivated individuals for the Management in Training - Operations (MIT) Program based in our distribution warehouse. The program provides 6 months of hands-on training across operations, management, and purchasing, with relocation support after training.
Graduates may move into Operations Supervisor or Manager roles nationwide. Applicants should have a 2.5 GPA in Industrial Distribution or related field, leadership or problem-solving experience, and willingness to relocate
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Management, Operations or related discipline with a 2.5 GPA.
- Experience in a leadership and/or problem solving role.
- Willingness to relocate during and after the program for career development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Receive hands-on training across Operations, Management, and Purchasing.
- Shadow contractors, service/maintenance, and customers to learn the business.
- Participate in classroom training and present at program completion.
