Aufgaben

• Work long, active days on the dock alongside frontline teams.
• Participate in a 12-month Management Training operations rotational program (1–5 week assignments).
• Join CDL school and forklift certification during the program.
• Learn foundational functions of each rotational assignment.
• Complete leadership training to prepare for frontline leadership on the dock.
• Collaborate with freight operations supervisors, dockworkers and field leaders.
• Report progress to the program and mentor regularly.
• Meet weekly goals and learning milestones.
• Acquire hands-on operational experience through observation and practice.
