Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program majoring in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Finance, Business Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance with a solid understanding of engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Learning: Dive into operational procedures, production/maintenance activities, and product knowledge at Ready Mix sites.
• Data-Driven Insights: Collect and analyze data, identify process correlations, and contribute to strategies for ongoing projects.
• Equipment Monitoring: Learn maintenance and operation of heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with geology, engineering, and safety teams to understand operations end-to-end.
• Safety Protocols: Demonstrate commitment to following health, safety and environmental policies in all environments.
• Skill Application: Apply a range of skills in day-to-day operations and collaborate to meet goals.
• Executive Presentation: Present learnings and contributions to executive leadership at internship end.
