Amrize North America invites motivated undergraduates to join a 10-week Construction Management Intern program in Chelmsford, MA. You will be immersed in asphalt production, paving, and aggregates, gaining hands-on experience and leadership skills in a high-performance culture.

The internship emphasizes design optimization, quality control, site visits, and safety, with opportunities to travel to local sites and present learnings to executives at program end.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program majoring in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance with fundamentals in engineering.
• Willingness to spend significant time in the field, traveling to sites.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Geographic flexibility to work at multiple sites.
• A team player who can collaborate across levels.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on learning in asphalt production, paving, and aggregates.
• Assist in mix design optimization and adherence to specifications.
• Support quality control testing of asphalt and aggregate samples.
• Visit project sites with site supervisors to observe operations.
• Assist with safety protocols and environmental initiatives.
• Collect and analyze data to support continuous improvements.
• Prepare end-of-internship presentations for leadership.
