Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling, documents, expense tracking, procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Coordinate event registrations, attendee lists, and internal communications.
  • Assist with pre-event planning and show orders; support post-event reporting.
  • Support onsite logistics and local travel coordination as needed.
