Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate inventory levels for upcoming studies and proper device allocation.
• Assist in vendor coordination and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail for products, materials and supplies.
• Assemble, inspect, and package devices as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth operations.
