Role Description

The Operations Intern/Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Philadelphia Metro Area supporting day-to-day field operations for AMPAworks customers in the Philly/South Jersey region. Responsibilities include assisting with installation, configuration, and maintenance of smart-shelf camera systems, monitoring operational performance, and ensuring accurate inventory data capture. The role involves coordinating onsite visits, documenting workflows, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience. The Operations Intern/Specialist will also support basic reporting, data entry, and task tracking to keep projects on schedule and aligned with operational standards.
