Medpace in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Clinical Logistics Intern to gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations and clinical supply chain execution. This office-based role provides exposure to vendor coordination, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives within a growing team.

You will assist with organizing the warehouse, ensuring deliveries align with study needs, and communicating with the Supply Chain team to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and pursuing bachelor's degree in operations, logistics, supply chain, or business management
• Excellent communication skills
• High-attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines based on study deliverables

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain warehouse organization
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure deliveries of products and services align with the needs of the business
• Verify all inventory is moved to the correct locations and updated in the Inventory Management System
• Assess current layout of warehouse and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate and communicate with Supply Chain team on updates, potential issues, and solutions to contribute to overall success of Medpace's clinical operations
