Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate across locations.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online searches and research to gather information for data analysis.
• Assist with operations data related to MEP, boilers, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Draft requests for information and data to support initiatives.
• Input data and perform analyses to identify trends and insights.
• Organize large amounts of data for easy access and reference.
• Communicate updates to team and leadership on milestones and findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation communicating findings.
• Maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market insights.
• Support ad-hoc duties as needed.
