Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 2–3 years in transportation/logistics or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple shifts including nights/weekends as needed.
• Experience with customer service, scheduling, and operational coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory processing.
• Maintain relationships to minimize turnover and maximize productivity.
• Manage on-time service and ETA adjustments across routes.
• Communicate safety standards and warehouse requirements.
• Coordinate with drivers to resolve service issues and routing.
• Handle payroll, budgeting, safety reviews, invoicing, and reports.
• Drive efficiency and profitability and propose improvements.
• Train personnel and assist with third-party systems.
• Fill in for absent staff and support special projects.
• Assist with yard management and loading/unloading tasks.
