Job summary

You will oversee staffing and safety while ensuring accurate routing and delivery of inventory across shifts, including nights and weekends where required. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with 2–3 years in transportation/logistics and strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification includes a High School Diploma or GED with 2–3 years in transportation/logistics or related areas.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for coordinating with drivers, vendors and customers.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts, including nights and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate processing of goods per internal controls.
• Build and maintain relationships with personnel to minimize turnover and maximize productivity.
• Assist with on-time service and meet customer requirements, including handling freight exceptions and ETA adjustments.
• Communicate safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with drivers to resolve service issues and manage routing, inventory and safety.
• Perform payroll, budgeting, reporting, and other administrative duties as needed.
