Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma with 3–5 years in Transportation/Logistics or supervisory experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Business/Management, Supply Chain, Finance or related field with 1 year relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple shifts including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for one or more sites or fleets and coordinate with drivers, contractors, and staff.
• Develop plans for forecasted freight and adjust capacity to meet requirements and regulatory needs.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees; monitor performance and provide recognition.
• Lead teams to resolve service issues and ensure safe, on-time delivery.
• Monitor safety standards, warehousing practices, and inventory control.
• Assist with budget input and analyze actual vs budgeted performance for improvement.
