Job summary

You will build positive relationships, resolve issues across departments and vendors, and help optimize plans using planning tools to match capacity with delivery needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft systems.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Outstanding project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and maintain positive working relationships with owner-operators.
• Resolve problems involving customer service, internal departments and external vendors.
• Identify areas of improvement with owner-operators and communicate those opportunities.
• Match available capacity to customer delivery needs.
• Use planning processes and decision-making tools to develop optimal plans.
