The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, strong communication, collaboration across teams, and the ability to identify improvements in shipping trends within your market. Shift is 1 p.m.–10 p.m., Tuesday–Saturday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of transportation or truck dispatch experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Good at problem solving.
• Able to work with a variety of teams.
