You will assign freight, optimize driver capacity, monitor performance, and communicate issues to leaders while providing timely updates to customers, contributing to safe, reliable and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of operations experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assign freight to company drivers.
• Ensure optimal use of driver capacity.
• Provide feedback to leaders about challenges related to capacity and customers.
• Work closely with drivers and customers to solve issues that arise.
