Job summary

Alutiiq Information Managment, LLC, based in Hawaii, seeks an Operations Support Specialist to serve as the operational and logistical bridge for additive manufacturing initiatives in Oahu. You will coordinate multi-agency operations, manage program-level agreements, and translate complex technical data into executive-ready materials.

Experience with DoD environments is valued, along with strong writing and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 25% including international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field requiring heavy research, synthesis, and writing.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance and US citizenship.
• 0–2 years of experience in command-level environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an interface between RESTORE engineering teams, command staff, and joint agency initiatives (e.g. IBAS, Ku'i Hao, The Forge).
• Coordinate high-level project management timelines, tracking deliverable status, action items, and milestone schedules.
• Maintain MOUs and MOAs between federal, state, and host-nation entities.
