Job summary

Alutiiq, LLC seeks an Operations Support Specialist in Oahu, Hawaii, to support the Additive Manufacturing Program liaison efforts at Camp H. M. Smith.

The role acts as the critical operational, logistical, and communicative bridge supporting The Forge onboard Schofield Barracks and USINDOPACOM initiatives. The successful candidate coordinates multi-agency operations, manages program-level agreements, maintains tracking databases, MOUs/ MOAs, and develops executive-ready materials to enable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active DoD Secret clearance (or Interim Secret with full background) and US Citizenship.
• 0–2 years of experience; prior exposure to command-level environments preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills; ability to translate technical material for leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; travel readiness up to 25%.
• Must hold a valid U.S. Passport.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-agency operations and liaison support for the Additive Manufacturing program.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, action items, and milestone schedules.
• Develop and maintain project-tracking databases, MOUs and MOAs between entities.
• Prepare polished materials for PowerPoint briefings, white papers, and summaries.
• Coordinate travel planning and site surveys (OCONUS) and ensure compliance.
