Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in humanities, business administration, international relations, or history.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or Interim Secret with investigation; US citizen.
• 0–2 years experience; prior exposure to command-level environments preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of GenAI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-agency operations and strategic planning efforts.
• Track timelines, deliverables, action items, and milestones.
• Prepare briefings, reports, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Assist in mission logistics, site surveys, and travel coordination.
