Job summary

Alutiiq Information Management, LLC, a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC, has an opportunity for an Operations Support Specialist in Oahu, Hawaii. The role supports additive manufacturing program liaison efforts at Camp H. M.

Smith and coordinates with multiple agencies to enable rapid repair and sustainment across Pacific theaters. The candidate will manage timelines, MOUs/MOAs, and communications between RESTORE engineering and joint agencies, while producing executive briefs and tracking program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Business Administration, International Relations, History, or related field requiring research and writing.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance (or Interim Secret with full background) and US citizenship.
• 0-2 years of experience; prior DoD command exposure preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with GenAI tools for data tasks.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (OCONUS) and valid US passport.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-agency operations and support strategic planning initiatives.
• Manage program-level agreements and MOUs/MOAs between entities.
• Translate complex data into executive summaries and polished briefings.
• Coordinate site surveys and travel logistics across the Pacific region.
• Maintain project tracking databases and documentation for programs.
