University Housing at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign seeks an Assistant Director of Operations and Leasing for Family & Graduate Housing to lead three apartment communities and 1,122 units serving graduate students and families. You will supervise leasing staff, manage revenue, occupancy and reporting, and drive inclusion and service delivery across operations.

This 100% full-time Academic Professional role offers a salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 and a Monday–Friday schedule on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6 years of full-time work experience in student affairs, customer service, leasing, or related field.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and implementation of resident services and operational strategies for university-owned apartments.
• Oversee and direct financial planning and reporting for annual apartment revenue.
• Direct leasing of all apartments and resident billing in line with policies.
• Direct training, supervision and development of leasing staff.
• Collaborate with campus partners and external vendors for services and programs.
• Develop and implement improvements in operations and service delivery.
