Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Two years' experience in housing, residential life, hospitality, business or related work.
• College coursework in Higher Education Administration, Student Personnel Administration, Hospitality Sciences, Business Sciences, Social/Behavioral Sciences or related disciplines.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service and discuss housing options with applicants and residents.
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance staff regarding work in residents' apartments.
• Serve as primary contact for residents on application procedures, status updates, and lease options.
• Maintain knowledge of leasing policies and communicate clearly with residents and applicants.
• Assist with coordinating workshops and open houses, including reservations and staffing.
• Report on feedback, identify problems and suggest solutions to supervisor.
