Job summary

Mountaire Farms seeks a Learning Director to execute the Learning initiatives for Operations and Live, guiding strategy and ensuring training aligns with safety certifications and business goals.

You will update materials, measure outcomes, and mentor Learning Specialists to meet or exceed targets while promoting a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork at a family‑owned company known for its community focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years’ relevant work experience.
• Experienced facilitator and instructional designer.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the effective delivery of the curriculum, manage schedules and ensure a smooth delivery of current training within a defined budget.
• Provide direction and support in the execution of Learning deliverables. Encourage and promote training to increase competency and commitment.
• Ensure that all program materials and content are kept updated, enhanced, and relevant. Provide relevant metrics for all Learning initiatives.
• Collaborate on enhancing our Learning brand and offerings, provide feedback regarding participant's reactions and satisfaction.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and standards are met.
