Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in learning and development, including program design and delivery.
• 5+ years of management experience leading teams in learning and development.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and understanding of production operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise learning and development function, including strategy and program design.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members, managing performance and prioritization.
• Develop training programs that strengthen employee capability and support career growth.

Skills

Strong knowledge of adult learning principles

Verbal and written communication skills

Ability to build trust and influence others

Proficient with Microsoft Office and learning management systems

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

Master's degree preferred
