Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation or Logistics or 2+ years related work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 16-week Management Trainee Program to learn operations leadership concepts.
• Relocation to another facility after training is required.
• Observe and learn from an Account Manager during customer sales calls.
• Shadow drivers on local routes to understand the freight delivery process.
