Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships with proactive management and satisfaction.
• Coordinate rental department for max utilization while serving lease customers.
• Partner with Sales on calls for new business and satisfaction.
• Manage running costs and maintenance, ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing for satisfaction.
• Oversee PM scheduling, breakdowns, and vehicle status updates; plan technician work.
