Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Logistics, Transportation or a related field.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating logistics operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities of employees for optimal shift performance.
• Accountable for site KPI and customer service objectives.
• Learn financial aspects and create reporting to support profitability.
