Job summary

Webco Industries Inc. invites you to join a structured, two-year Operations Manager Trainee Program designed to grow the next generation of operations leaders. The program offers four rotations across Safety, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality with formal leadership development and cross‑functional exposure.

Participants will present to site and divisional leaders, receive mentoring, and build deep understanding of Webco’s end-to-end operations while preparing for future supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Internship or early career experience in manufacturing or operations, preferred.
• Exposure to Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement concepts, preferred.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams, highly desired.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, throughput, and waste reduction.
• Lead or support cross-functional teams on assigned projects.
• Communicate operational issues, risks, and improvement opportunities effectively.
