Perdue Farms, Inc. in California invites you to join the Operations Management Trainee Pathways program, a 24‑month leadership development track designed to prepare the next generation of production leaders.

During rotations across key operations, you’ll gain hands-on experience, safety and quality training, and mentorship, with a transition to a full‑time Production Supervisor after 12 months. Salary ranges from $72,000 to $80,000 per year with scheduled increases, plus a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team oriented with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across key operational areas to build an end-to-end understanding of plant operations.
• Learn safety, food safety, quality, sanitation, regulatory compliance, and standards with experienced leaders.
• Develop knowledge of production processes, labor utilization, productivity and daily routines.
• Support daily operational activities and gain exposure to production planning and staffing.
• Build relationships with frontline associates and cross-functional partners, demonstrating teamwork and accountability.
• Identify opportunities for improvement using data and observations.
