Job summary

sefl is seeking an Entry Level Management Trainee in Suwanee, GA to join a structured 16-week Operations Management Trainee Program. Under a mentor, you will learn transportation principles, cross-dock operations, and leadership communication to prepare for a supervisory role.

You will interface with Support Center and observe Account Managers on sales calls while gaining hands-on exposure to the freight delivery process and relocation to a new facility after completing the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Transportation or Logistics or 2 years related work experience.
• Valid driving history aligning with company standards.
• Willingness to relocate as needed and flexible to travel.

Responsibilities

• participate in a 16-week Operations Management Trainee Program under a mentor.
• Learn basic transportation industry principles and cross-dock operations.
• Observe and assist Account Manager during customer sales calls.
• Accompany drivers on local delivery routes to understand freight delivery.
