Responsibilities

• Participate in the intensive 16-week Operations Management Trainee Program to learn transportation industry basics.
• Interface with Support Center and Service Center associates to complete training tasks daily.
• Accompany Account Manager during customer sales calls and drivers on local routes to understand freight delivery processes.
