Responsibilities

• Learn the basic principles of the transportation industry and cross-dock operations.
• Work under a mentor to develop leadership communication and relationship-building skills.
• Observe and accompany an Account Manager during customer sales calls.
• Accompany drivers on local delivery routes to understand the freight delivery process.
