Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance results to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend and support improvements in safety, quality, yield, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and propose solutions.
• Lead or support teams on projects and line coverage as needed.
• Monitor safety/compliance and escalate risks when required.
• Assist with staffing, production flow and resource planning.
