You will collaborate with HR, Maintenance, FSQA, and Accounting to optimize safety, quality, yield, and efficiency. Ideal candidates have an associate’s degree or higher, with preferred bachelor’s degree and experience in production or manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate’s degree, technical degree, or higher in a related field or equivalent practical experience (1 year).
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Exposure to production, agriculture, or manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Recommend improvements in safety, quality, yield, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and propose solutions.
• Lead teams or processes as needed (line coverage, projects).
• Support staffing planning, production flow, and resources.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost savings.
