You will analyze data, identify trends, and collaborate with HR, Maintenance, FSQA, and Accounting to drive cost savings, waste reduction, and efficiency gains. A strong candidate shows adaptability, teamwork, and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in a related field, or 1 year of practical experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Agriculture, Animal Science, Poultry Science, or related field.
• Experience in production, agriculture, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support safety, quality, yield, and efficiency improvements.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and propose solutions.
• Lead teams or processes on special projects as needed.
• Assist with staffing, production flow, and resource planning.
• Monitor safety and quality compliance and escalate risks.
