This developmental position emphasizes safety, quality, yield and efficiency, and offers exposure to plant priorities, problem solving, and the opportunity to lead teams and initiatives as you build foundational leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field; bachelor’s preferred.
• Internships or hands-on projects in production/manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving and independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational performance metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Recommend and help implement process improvements related to safety, quality, yield, and efficiency.
• Exercise independent judgment in troubleshooting operational issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with HR, Maintenance, FSQA and Accounting.
• Lead or direct teams in assigned situations and projects.
• Support decision-making with insights to supervisors and managers.
• Monitor compliance with policies and regulatory requirements; elevate risks.
• Participate in planning and execution of staffing, production flow and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement including cost savings or waste reduction opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of equipment, processes, and systems to support decision-making.
