Job summary

JX Enterprises is seeking motivated individuals for a Leadership Trainee Program. This 2-year training focuses on dealership operations, customer engagement, and leadership development across Parts, Service, Rental, and Sales.

Trainees rotate through multiple departments with shadowing and hands-on tasks to prepare for future management roles. Upon completion, top performers transition to Operations roles and continue building skills in fixed operations while pursuing growth opportunities within

Qualifications

Bachelor or Associate's degree preferred in business, marketing, transportation, engineering, or a related field.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing, over the phone, and in person.
Comfortable soliciting new business and meeting new people.
Disciplined, with good organizational and time management skills.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Travel up to 25% with overnight stays in a multi-state service territory.
Intermediate experience with CRM systems and Google Drive.
Valid driver's license; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain CDL.
Dependable and reliable attendance.
Intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

Progress through the established phases (Dealership Rotation, Business/Enterprise Learning, Prospecting) within 1.25–2.5 years.
Master core business competencies including presentations, customer service, communication, and sales skills.
Learn day-to-day operations and customer engagement protocols within Parts and Service.
Shadow Sales/Ops experts to learn enterprise software (CRM, Karmak Fusion, Decisiv, PACCAR.net) and customer management.
Identify potential customers, generate cross-departmental leads, and improve data integrity.
Work with service and parts teams to increase JX market penetration.
