QXO is seeking an ambitious individual to join our leadership development program. You will gain knowledge across Production, Sales Operations, and other departments to position you for a management role.

Travel up to 20% and potential relocation for permanent assignments will be required as you progress. In addition to training, you will be evaluated for promotion while contributing to the branch operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2 years’ experience in construction management or distribution services.
• Minimum age 18; valid driver's license if operating a company vehicle.
• Willing to travel <20% and relocate for permanent assignment.
