Job summary

QXO is seeking a candidate for a multi-department training path designed to promote toward branch management. You will rotate through Production, Sales Operations and more, learning the ins and outs of running a branch operation.

The role prioritizes willingness to relocate for training, travel up to 20%, and a foundation in construction management or distribution services. A Bachelor's degree or two years' related experience is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required if operating a

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a Company Vehicle, a valid driver's license will be required.
• Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 2 years' experience in construction management or distribution services.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position under supervision of experienced professionals.
• Comprehensive training across Production, Sales Operations and more within the insulation business.
• Learn every aspect of running a branch operation and be open to new responsibilities.
• Travel for training and potential relocation for permanent assignment (<20%).
• Demonstrate Operations Management experience, preferably in building materials or construction-related industry.
