This program emphasizes safety, quality, efficiency and service. Trainees learn to supervise shifts and departments, complete leadership coursework, and may relocate after completion, with travel of about 15% to other centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel); AS400 background helpful.
• Good communication skills and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Complete shift manager’s training as an understudy.
• Trainees will learn to manage a shift and various departments.
• Participate in forklift training and management programs.
• Will obtain CDL through OD training program.
• Assign and supervise employees across shifts.
• Develop and implement process improvements.
