Job summary

Month2Month, Inc. is seeking ambitious graduates and early-career professionals to help build the next generation of housing operations. You will work with leadership on a portfolio of homes, learning how customer experience, property quality, and costs connect, and progressively own decisions to improve them.

You will split time between properties and the office, gaining firsthand customer insight and using analysis to turn insights into better systems and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn observations into action.
• Ownership: you follow through, solve problems, and take responsibility for results.
• Curiosity about AI, technology, and how traditional industries can operate better.
• Clear communication and sound judgment when working with customers, homeowners, and vendors.
• Attention to detail without losing sight of business priorities.
• Willingness to learn through hands-on work, including property visits and operational coordination.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local property visits.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes, identify service gaps, and coordinate improvements that enhance resident experience.
• Coordinate property launches, move-in prep, turnovers, repairs, and vendor management from start to finish.
• Analyze guest feedback, property ratings, costs, and revenue trends to suggest improvements.
• Help communicate property performance and needs to homeowners.
• Identify repetitive tasks, test AI-enabled tools, and help build efficient workflows.
