Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP seeks a driven manager-in-training candidate for a 9-week program designed to build leaders through on-the-job training and structured professional development at SBM sites.

The role of Assistant Operations Manager involves coordinating and directing operations to meet contractual responsibilities with clients, including planning, supervision, budgeting, vendor and supply coordination, customer relations, and other high-level managerial duties.

Qualifications

• Relocation to the role is required.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing work schedules to ensure adequate service
• Prepare schedules for service personnel, assigns personnel to routes
• Assist with inspection and evaluation of establishment for program compliance, i.e., safety, quality, and service
• Assist with inventory supplies and equipment
• Review customer requests for service to ascertain cause for service request, type of malfunction, and address with manager
• Some travel may be required for this position
