MicroSolv Technology Corporation is seeking a motivated candidate to join our 12-month Operations Management Trainee program. You will gain hands-on experience across customer service, operations, purchasing, production, logistics, and facilities management while working directly with company leadership.

The role aims to develop a well-rounded future operations leader with a deep understanding of how each area contributes to customer satisfaction and operational success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/operations software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support day-to-day operational processes across departments.
• Monitor production workflows, inventory, and supply chain coordination.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements with leaders.
• Oversee quality control procedures and ensure compliance with standards.
• Participate in team meetings, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Support staff scheduling and resource allocation under management guidance.
• Develop working knowledge of company products, services, and systems.
