Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 1+ year in customer service preferred.
• Strong PC skills including spreadsheets and word processing.
• Advanced software skills are desirable.
• Basic understanding of business finance, controls, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships with proactive issue resolution.
• Coordinate with rental department to maximize lease utilization.
• Support Sales on customer calls for new business.
• Schedule PMs, track breakdowns, and monitor vehicle status.
• Relocation within the business unit after training concludes.
