Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ year in customer service with issue resolution.
• Strong PC skills: advanced spreadsheet and word processing.
• Basic understanding of business finance, controls, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong customer relationship through proactive management and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with the rental dept to maximize utilization for lease customers.
• Partner with Sales on customer calls for new business and satisfaction.
• Manage running costs and maintenance overheads; enforce policy to optimize costs.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing for customer satisfaction.
• Ensure PM scheduling, follow up, breakdowns, and vehicle status updates; plan technician work.
