Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0 to One (1) year involvement in extra-curricular activities demonstrating leadership skills.
• 0 to One (1) year previous internship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee three different day-to-day Supply Chain operations, including Warehousing, Logistics Optimization Centers, Dedicated Transportation and Engineering.
• Plan and review logistics processes with site leadership to meet standards and customer service specifications.
• Participate in project-based activities requested by site leadership (e.g., CI kaizen events).
• Communicate KPIs by tracking, adjusting and continuous improvement.
• Travel to assist locations and relocate 1-2 times per 18 months.
• Present to customers and management on process changes and results; mid-program presentations to executives.
• Engage with site leadership, mentors and advocates through formal and informal touchpoints and learning sessions.
